. He went above and beyond in the sale of my rent property. He did everything he said he would do. I needed someone to clean up and do repairs and he recommended someone to me. He was very professional and had it sold in a timely manner (less than two months). I would highly recommend him.

We had a few hiccups from potential buyers but it wasn't anything we did wrong. Ken made sure we had all the information we needed to move forward once we had a buyer on the old house. As I was unfamiliar with the Lubbock market, Ken's input was EXTREMELY helpful. He advised me on how to prepare the property for sale, how to handle it during the sale process, and additionally handled on site problems while I was out of the area. I have no doubt that I netted more at closing (after all fees etc.) than I would have had I gone the "for sale by owner" route. His efforts were in excess of what I expected, so I would hire him as my realtor again.

He even helped with the long distance house tours via face time. He was patient with answering questions from all the generations and getting all the forms filled out.
