Ken was great! He made the process of selling and buying our new home such a breeze. He was very honest with us on what to do with our old home to get it ready to sell. We had a few hiccups from potential buyers but it wasn't anything we did wrong. Ken made sure we had all the information we needed to move forward once we had a buyer on the old house. It was very quick closing date but he made sure we had all paperwork in a timely manner.
It is because of Ken that our house sold so quickly(20 day) 1 of those weeks was Christmas. He also made sure in our new house that it was going to be good to go for us. He listened to what we wanted and made sure we could make it happen

Ken Harlan helped me with a Lubbock, TX property that my mother had lived in. As I was unfamiliar with the Lubbock market, Ken's input was EXTREMELY helpful. He advised me on how to prepare the property for sale, how to handle it during the sale process, and additionally handled on site problems while I was out of the area. I have no doubt that I netted more at closing (after all fees etc.) than I would have had I gone the "for sale by owner" route. His efforts were in excess of what I expected, so I would hire him as my realtor again.

Ken Harlan was selected to sell my Dad’s property based upon a recommendation from a family member that knows him. That choice proved to be an excellent one, based upon my experiences with him. From our initial visit, he communicated with me regularly and promptly at every step in the property evaluation, listing and ultimately the selling process. He took a genuine interest in the property and its potential market value. He responded to calls and emails very promptly.
Once the property was listed, there was an offer almost immediately which proved to be a sale. He was very helpful in guiding me through the required steps I needed to take prior to closing. I have volunteered numerous hours of service to local organizations, charities and fighting for private property rights for Texas Property owners.
